This is a genuine Rega replacement stylus for the Rega Carbon Cartridge.

This model will also fit the Audio Technica AT3600L and the AT91 and AT91E Cartridge if the tracking force is adjusted appropriately (it requires a tracking of between 2-3gm).

The Carbon Stylus features a carbon cantilever with a conical stylus profile.

This stylus is designed to be used to replace your old, worn stylus, prolonging the life of your records and providing you with better sound quality over that from a worn stylus. A worn stylus can cause serious (irreversible) damage to your records, and provide poor sound quality. It is recommended that you replace your stylus periodically in order to preserve your records, and get the best performance from your cartridge
